  • Avoid extreme heat (car dashboard, near stoves, sauna).
  • Always store your sunglasses in the case when not in use to prevent impact and scratches.
  • Clean lenses with lukewarm water and mild soap, then dry with a microfiber cloth.
  • Do not use alcohol, harsh cleaners, paper tissues, or household detergents on the frame or lenses.
  • Avoid prolonged contact with hair spray, perfume, or cosmetics containing strong chemicals.
Refund Policy

Cara Mengajukan Refund Online:

  1. Silakan menghubungi Customer Support untuk pengajuan refund.
  2. Bisa diajukan maksimal 3 (tiga) hari kalender setelah produk diterima.
  3. Kacamata harus dikembalikan dalam kondisi baik, bersih, dan terawat, tanpa tanda-tanda penggunaan berlebihan atau kerusakan.
  4. Biaya pengiriman pengembalian ditanggung oleh customer.
  5. Team Quality Control akan melakukan pengecekan pada produk sebelum pengajuan refund dikabulkan.
  6. Pengembalian dana senilai harga produk akan dilakukan maksimal 7 (tujuh) hari kerja setelah pengajuan refund dikabulkan.
