Cara Mengajukan Refund Online:

  1. Silakan menghubungi Customer Support untuk pengajuan refund.
  2. Bisa diajukan maksimal 3 (tiga) hari kalender setelah produk diterima.
  3. Kacamata harus dikembalikan dalam kondisi baik, bersih, dan terawat, tanpa tanda-tanda penggunaan berlebihan atau kerusakan.
  4. Biaya pengiriman pengembalian ditanggung oleh customer.
  5. Team Quality Control akan melakukan pengecekan pada produk sebelum pengajuan refund dikabulkan.
  6. Pengembalian dana senilai harga produk akan dilakukan maksimal 7 (tujuh) hari kerja setelah pengajuan refund dikabulkan.

 

How to Request an Online Refund:

  1. Please contact Customer Support to submit a refund request.
  2. Refund requests must be made within 3 (three) calendar days of receiving the product.
  3. The eyewear must be returned in good, clean, and well-maintained condition, with no signs of excessive use or damage.
  4. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  5. All products will be inspected by the Quality Control Team before the refund is approved.
  6. The refund, equal to the product purchase price, will be processed within 7 (seven) business days after approval.
