Cara Mengajukan Refund Online:
- Silakan menghubungi Customer Support untuk pengajuan refund.
- Bisa diajukan maksimal 3 (tiga) hari kalender setelah produk diterima.

Kacamata harus dikembalikan dalam kondisi baik, bersih, dan terawat, tanpa tanda-tanda penggunaan berlebihan atau kerusakan.
- Biaya pengiriman pengembalian ditanggung oleh customer.
- Team Quality Control akan melakukan pengecekan pada produk sebelum pengajuan refund dikabulkan.
- Pengembalian dana senilai harga produk akan dilakukan maksimal 7 (tujuh) hari kerja setelah pengajuan refund dikabulkan.
How to Request an Online Refund:
- Please contact Customer Support to submit a refund request.
- Refund requests must be made within 3 (three) calendar days of receiving the product.
- The eyewear must be returned in good, clean, and well-maintained condition, with no signs of excessive use or damage.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- All products will be inspected by the Quality Control Team before the refund is approved.
- The refund, equal to the product purchase price, will be processed within 7 (seven) business days after approval.
