Untuk menjaga bentuk dan warna:

  • Hindari paparan panas ekstrem (dashboard mobil, dekat kompor, sauna).
  • Selalu simpan di case ketika tidak digunakan agar terhindar dari benturan dan goresan.
  • Bersihkan lensa dengan air suhu ruang dan sedikit cairan pembersih dengan pH netral, lalu keringkan dengan lap microfiber.
  • Jangan gunakan alkohol, cairan pembersih keras atau tisu kasar pada frame dan lensa.
  • Hindari kontak lama dengan hair spray, parfum, atau kosmetik yang mengandung bahan kimia kuat.

To preserve shape and colour:

  • Avoid extreme heat (car dashboard, near stoves, sauna).
  • Always store your sunglasses in the case when not in use to prevent impact and scratches.
  • Clean lenses only with room temperature water and a small amount of neutral pH dishwashing detergent, then gently dry with a microfiber cloth.
  • Do not use alcohol, harsh cleaners or paper tissues on the frame or lenses.
  • Avoid prolonged contact with hair spray, perfume, or cosmetics containing strong chemicals.
Refund Policy

Cara Mengajukan Refund Online:

  1. Silakan menghubungi Customer Support untuk pengajuan refund.
  2. Bisa diajukan maksimal 3 (tiga) hari kalender setelah produk diterima.
  3. Kacamata harus dikembalikan dalam kondisi baik, bersih, dan terawat, tanpa tanda-tanda penggunaan berlebihan atau kerusakan.
  4. Biaya pengiriman pengembalian ditanggung oleh customer.
  5. Team Quality Control akan melakukan pengecekan pada produk sebelum pengajuan refund dikabulkan.
  6. Pengembalian dana senilai harga produk akan dilakukan maksimal 7 (tujuh) hari kerja setelah pengajuan refund dikabulkan.
  7. Refund tidak dapat dilakukan secara terpisah untuk produk bundling; pengajuan refund hanya berlaku untuk keseluruhan bundle.

 

How to Request an Online Refund:

  1. Please contact Customer Support to submit a refund request.
  2. Refund requests must be made within 3 (three) calendar days of receiving the product.
  3. The eyewear must be returned in good, clean, and well-maintained condition, with no signs of excessive use or damage.
  4. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  5. All products will be inspected by the Quality Control Team before the refund is approved.
  6. The refund, equal to the product purchase price, will be processed within 7 (seven) business days after approval.

  7. Partial refunds are not available for product bundling; refund requests only apply to the entire bundle.
